Yay! A new character I meant to have over 12 strips ago! This is Ranger Bob. Who's name may only be punny to Canadians... and doubly punny if you know who Ranger Rick is.In any case, I'm just moving along the story a bit more. There should be another character in November coming into the fray too. Not neccessarily continuous characters, but they are at least not nameless characters that don't influence the story... unlike that rabbit clerk in the park office.
